Community Market

The next Community Market takes place on Saturday 15th December from 11am until 3pm in St Mark’s Hall  and it looks like being the largest ever, with 29 stalls booked both inside and outside the Hall. The Market takes place monthly, except for the summer months and the dates of future Markets can be found here.

If you are interested in a stall at the Market in the future please contact or fill in the contact form below. Stalls are £10 each and we provide the table & chairs.



John Nash is on refreshment duties this month and his menu will appear here during the week before the Market takes place.

As usual mugs of tea are 50p and cups of Illy filter coffee (£1) .

Other Attractions

CraftA will be running short workshops on the stage throughout the Market, with all profits going to a local good cause (to be selected). No need to book, just turn up.

For adults there will be a basic crochet and needle felted snowmen workshop (£3 per person) and children will be able to make a decorated bauble for the Christmas tree (£2.50 per child).

St Mark’s Hall

The Community Market takes place at St Mark’s Hall Old Mill Road, Plumstead, London, SE18 1QE.

Bus routes 51, 53 and 291 run close to St Mark’s Hall – which is located to the north east of Plumstead Common.
